Stripped Parental Rights: The Jeffrey Younger Case Shaking Family Courts
US NEWSMAG A contentious legal battle centers on Texas father Jeffrey Younger, his ex-wife, and the future of their son’s gender identity. At a Glance Jeffrey Younger’s parental rights were revoked by a California judge. Anne Georgulas, his ex wife, moved to California under “sanctuary state” laws for gender-affirming care. Younger’s allegations against the legal system include misrouted orders and lack of evidence access. Texas Attorney General labeled some gender transition procedures as felony child abuse. Legal Context and Background The case began in 2018 when Jeffrey Younger was required to consent to any medical procedure for his son. As Younger and his ex-wife, Anne Georgulas, disagreed over gender transition treatments, legal battles escalated. Younger lost his parental rights after Georgulas moved their son to California. The state has laws supporting gender-affirming care that oppose Texas’ restrictions, bringing challenges on inter-state legal and parental rights contexts to national attention. Georgulas, advocating for their son’s transition, faced Younger’s accusations that the legal system was misused, with orders sent to the wrong address. He has accused the courts of setting unrealistic trial dates, denying rights to an independent medical examination of his son, and sealing relevant case documents. These claims demonstrate a fraught journey through a complex, emotionally charged legal landscape. Impact of Legal Decisions on Families Georgulas pursuing gender-affirming care for their son highlights a broader discourse regarding parental authority in children’s medical decisions. Younger’s situation resonates with many concerned about family courts making profound decisions about children without a parent’s consent. His views echo Attorney General Ken Paxton’s opinion on transgender care being equivalent to child abuse, reflecting a state’s attempt to define family norms. “My ex-wife, Anne Georgulas, wants to castrate my son, James,” said Jeff Younger in a statement. His son is 12 years of age. Younger appealed his case through the Texas Supreme Court, which was swiftly dismissed. Amidst these legal battles, California’s sanctuary laws have muddied waters, creating a refuge for families in disputes over gender treatment. This scenario questions federal versus state powers, individual rights, and the future of similar cases nationally. Broader Implications for Society This case captures pivotal shifts in how parental rights confront evolving legal and societal perspectives on transgender care. Younger’s son’s case raises broader societal and ethical considerations about the role of parents in adolescent healthcare decisions. The tension between ensuring children’s welfare and parents’ rights delineates a delicate balance family law systems increasingly face globally. As this highly publicized case unfolds, it underscores the complicated intersection of law, health, and family rights. Legislatures, parents, and courts must consider these implications while navigating contentious issues central to the life and well-being of children whose futures they shape.
Jeff Younger Shouted down at University of North Texas by Crazed Antifa Students

A removed, hidden thread about hideous and violent responses to Jeff Younger speaking at University of North Texas about his own son. Andy Ngo A University of North Texas classroom in Denton erupted into chants of “f*ck these fascists” and slammed their fists on the desks as Jeff Younger tried to speak on Wednesday. Younger was not thrown off, telling them to be “louder!” https://x.com/i/status/1499250115994959872 Younger, who is running for a seat in the Texas House, lost custody of his 9-year-old twins because he opposed the medical transition of one of them. His ex-wife began pushing for gender transition when the child was 3-years-old. Younger came to speak to the school, hosted by the Young Conservatives of Texas, noting that he has “attracted national attention defending his young son against being forcibly transitioned by his ex-wife.” Younger opposes the medical gender transition of children. Younger tried to speak to the room, but was repeatedly shouted down before he was escorted out. He was joined by Kelly Neidert, a student who is part of the conservative students’ group. She had invited Younger to speak. He encountered a mob of far-leftist activists waiting for him outside, and was ushered by security to a waiting car. Conservative students were reportedly chased from the building. Far-leftist activists and students harassed members of the Young Conservatives of Texas as they left the building where Younger had attempted to give a talk. The Young Conservatives of Texas called the activists “abusers” and accused them of “child abuse” as the activists yelled “protect trans kids.” A YouTuber, who organizer Kelly Neidert told The Post Millennial wasn’t with their group, yelled that activists wanted to “protect kids by cutting their penises off.” The left-wing journalist who documented these happenings has since deleted their tweets, but they have been archived. Neidert said she thought once Andy Ngo tweeted out the events, the far-left journalist took down his coverage. “I think to the journalists that posted privated their account and blocked a bunch of people took everything down because we were getting the support and so they didn’t want that to continue,” Neidert told The Post Millennial. For Neidert, the “most jarring part” of the event was after Younger had attempted to speak, which went on for about 45 minutes, and she and Younger had left the building. She was outside, Neidert said, a target of the mob, and was separated from police officers who were escorting Younger to a car. “I was with two officers at this point and they pushed me inside of the closest building,” she said. “So we go in this entrance, it’s kind of the side entrance is pretty much in a stairwell. So we get in the stairwell, the policeman lock the door and then they run me off to the main hallway of the building. But down the hallway you can see one of the entrances. And there was just a mob of people outside.” “I don’t know if the door was locked. I don’t know if it was unlocked and they just hadn’t tried to come in at that point,” Neidert told The Post Millennial. “But they were banging on the windows and so the cops understood like, ‘we can’t go out that way.’ And so then they turned me back around. They’re pushing me and we get back to the stairwell we came in and they have me running upstairs.” They made it to the third floor, she said, and the officers were looking for an open door, “but the secure ones all seem to be locked,” she said. “Finally, we get to this janitor’s closet, and they push me in there, they put an officer in there with me, and then the other officer we were with at that point, leaves.” “At this point, I’m in this little janitor’s closet with the officer and we’re kind of whispering us, making sure I was okay. He had me move away from the door. I wasn’t really hyperventilating, but I was definitely like, kind of like I was freaked out,” she said. The officer had her move away from the door. “Then all of a sudden we start hearing doors opening and closing. Like it’s really loud,” she said. “We could hear that and so about the police officer turns the lights off. And we’re standing there in silence. Again, the light was off. I couldn’t really see but I do he had his hand on his holster. We start hearing people coming up, we just hear like shrieking, like just I don’t know how to explain, just awful, a person shrieking. When they come down the floor they jiggle the handle of the door to see if they could find us.” It was shortly after the event was publicized that Neidert and her group realized that this talk was going to gain far more attention that the group’s usual offerings. A student questioned her in the library when she was printing flyers, and when she recorded the confrontation and posted it, the TikTok video went viral. “And so once word got out that this event was the one I was printing these flyers for, because the flyer said ‘criminalize child transitions,’ people kind of figured out what it was for. And that’s kind of when everything really took off,” Neidert told The Post Millennial. “After that,” she said, “it became clear that it wasn’t going to just be a smaller meeting with just our people. That’s when kind of the threats of protesters started popping up.” She said that someone tweeted out her parents’ address. This after a petition circulated on campus last semester to have her expelled, for which signatures jumped as the recent events unfolded. It showed students arguing over flyer opposing the gender transition of children, which were distributed on campus by the Young Conservatives of Texas. Texas has been under scrutiny since Attorney General Ken Paxton said that medically transitioning children is a form of child abuse and should be treated as such under the law.
TEXAS is an EMPIRE of Child Abuse led by Judges

BREAKING: Texas Supreme Court rules against father seeking to prevent ‘chemical castration’ of his son Libby Emmons Jeffrey Younger has lost his court case to prevent his ex-wife from taking their son to California, where he could be medically transitioned. Younger has been trying to stop this from happening for years, and said that he has now reached the end of the line. He wanted the courts to stop his ex-wife from taking the children to California and to protect his boys from medical mutilation at the hands of their mother, who is a pediatrician. The courts prevented him from forcing the mother to bring the boys back from California. Younger has accused her of using the children to help advertise her “inclusive,” “gender affirming” practice. “The Supreme Court of Texas denied my Mandamus, effectively terminating my parental rights. My children are now subject to being chemically castrated in California. Texas is an empire of child abuse, led by Texas judges,” he said. This after Judge Kim Cooks, on October 24, said that both parents should have a “joint managing conservatorship,” which each able to have “a say in his medical treatment,” The Texan reported. The custody case was before the Supreme Court of Texas, which ruled against Younger. Younger had issued a petition on December 16 to try to retain his parental rights after his ex-wife, Dr. Anne Georgulas, took the boys to California. California has a law in place, starting on Sunday, that children in that state will not be returned to their home state in the event that the home state would prevent the children from being medically transitioned to present as the opposite sex. Younger wanted the boys brought home. California Senate Bill 107, proposed by State Senator Scott Wiener and signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom, will “prohibit the enforcement of an order based on another state’s law authorizing a child to be removed from their parent or guardian based on that parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care.” Younger’s concern, per his petition, is that in California, his son “would be subjected to transgender procedures deemed to be child abuse by official opinion of the Texas Attorney General.” Texas has laws against the medical gender transition of children and teens. “The Children would lose the protections of injunctions on the Mother that prevent her from chemically castrating the Children or sexually mutilating them in transgender surgeries,” younger said in his petition, according to The Texan. Younger was married to pediatrician Georgulas. Georgulas and Younger ended up in court fighting over the children when she believed that James, Younger’s 7-year-old, wanted to live as a girl called Luna. She petitioned the court to prevent Younger from “from signing Luna up as James for any activities or taking her as James or calling her James or using male pronouns related to Luna at any activities outside the home…” She further asked the court to prevent Younger from “allowing the children to remain in the presence of anyone who is not calling Luna by her chosen name, ‘Luna,’ not using female pronouns to refer to her and otherwise not affirming Luna.” Georgulas began to believe James was a girl when he asked for a “girl’s toy” from McDonald’s and wanted to wear dresses, as well as began to emulate the female lead characters in Disney’s Frozen. It was a counselor at the GENecis clinic at the Children’s Hospital Center who advised Georgulas to “socially transition” James, according to court documents. Georgulas was affiliated with that hospital. Younger, who had joint custody in 2019, was and remains entirely against this course of action. When James is with Younger, he does not ask to be called Luna, does not seek out girls’ clothes. Yet a court determined that Younger must use the pronouns and names the ex-wife demanded. In a video posted to the dad’s website, James is asked, “You’re a boy right?” Heavy reported. “No, I’m a girl.” “Who told you you’re a girl?” “Mommy.” The child said Anne also put James in dresses. “She buys me headbands. She gets me hair clips…she paints my nails.” “Do you think you’re a girl?” The child answered in the affirmative. Georgulas was awarded custody by the Texas courts in 2021. “Dallas County District Court Judge Mary Brown awarded Georgulas full custody of James. Brown also eliminated the requirement that Jeff Younger be notified about James’ medical procedures, except for instances of hormone suppression therapy, puberty-blocking drugs, and gender reassignment surgery. Under that order, Younger must consent to any decisions made under those categories of procedure,” The Texan reported. Witnesses who knew the boys and could attest that James did not identify as a girl when left to his own devices, were prevented from testifying in the case. One mother of the boys’ friends said, in testimony she wasn’t allowed to give in 2019, that: “Over the past year, I have observed that James is blissfully happy as a boy. He loves to march around outside and yell, ‘we are the only boy scout troop’ or ‘I’m the Leader of the wolf pack!’ He is always the ring leader, even though he isn’t the oldest of the group. He loves dressing as a super hero and sword fighting. One day we all walked to a playground near my house and on the way home James slipped in some mud and got his clothes dirty. He asked if he could borrow some of my kids clothes and I could wash his. “Of course I said, ‘no problem’ and grabbed him a pair of shorts from the chest of drawers and tossed them to him. I said, ‘hang on while I grab a shirt from the closet’. He immediately said, ‘Mrs. Sarah, I don’t need a shirt! It’s hot! And boys don’t have to wear shirts if they don’t want to! Isn’t that awesome!’ He was so cute. I said, ‘yes that is awesome!’ As he ran off to play. I did eventually get him to put on a shirt. It was

Goodbye, boys. Perhaps, we will meet when you are adults. California Judge Juhas gave my ex-wife authority to castrate my son, James,” Jeff Younger posted on X. “My trial in California is finished,” he continued. “The Judge may not like me posting photos of my sons, but so many of you have prayed for and supported my sons. You have a right to see who these young men are. Thank you. I did my best to stop the transgender castration of my son. My expert witness, @Miriam_Grossman, did a superb job explaining the harms of transgender ‘treatments’ on kids.” Younger has been battling his ex-wife, pediatrician Anne Georgulas, for custody of their son James, who is now 12, since 2018, when Georgulas filed a restraining order to prevent Younger from entering James’ school and referring to his son as male. Younger‘s marriage had been annulled in 2016. Georgulas claimed James wanted to be called “Luna” and allowed her son to paint his nails and wear dresses, while Younger said the boy acted like a boy when with his father. In 2019, Dallas County District Judge Kim Cooks granted both parents full custody. However, in 2020, Judge Mary Brown ruled that Georgulas should be granted full custody, although “gender-affirming care” would still have to be approved by Younger. “Georgulas has the exclusive right to consent to James’ medical procedures except for hormone suppression therapy, puberty blockers, or transgender reassignment surgery,” The Texan noted. In February 2022, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton issued an opinion in which he stated, “The medical evidence does not demonstrate that children and adolescents from engaging in these irreversible sterilization procedures,” adding that the “’sex change’ procedures and treatments enumerated above, when performed on children, can legally constitute child abuse.” Those procedures and treatments included sterilization through castration, orchiectomy, and penectomy, among others. In September 2022, California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom signed Senate Bill 107, which made California a “sanctuary state” for children seeking “gender-affirming care.” In November 2022, Georgulas moved to California. In February, Georgulas filed a motion in Los Angeles County Superior Court “aiming to dissolve the protective order preventing her from subjecting James to ‘gender-affirming care,’” The Daily Signal reported. In July 2024, Younger claimed California Judge Michelle Kazadi “illegally sealed my case with no public access,” as The Daily Signal added. “Judge Shelley Kaufman’s court has misrouted orders to the wrong address,” Younger stated. “Judge Mark Juhas denied me access to crucial evidence by setting a too-early trial date. I can’t even get an independent medical exam of my son. The corrupt Los Angeles courts sealed my case to hide their corruption as they castrate my son.” The Daily Signal reported that Georgulas had quoted psychologist Brigid Mariko Conn’s statements that James “is interested” in “puberty blockers,” estrogen, and “bottom surgery.” “Bottom surgery” refers to the removal of his penis and testicles. Younger cited Dr. Miriam Grossman, who was featured in The Daily Wire’s “What Is a Woman,” who said James is not suffering from gender dysphoria and that “gender-affirming care” is not an effective treatment for gender dysphoria.

The elder Younger had previously shared joint custody of the children in Texas, where a judge ruled that his ex-wife could not proceed with gender mutilation procedures without Younger’s consent. “I lost all parental rights to my sons. Goodbye, boys. Perhaps, we will meet when you are adults. California Judge Juhas gave my ex-wife authority to castrate my son, James. All contact with my boys must be supervised,” Younger announced on X at the time. “I won’t do that. I send letters and gifts to my sons. My ex is not required to give them to the boys. I cannot post pictures of my sons. Let my story be a cautionary one for young men. Fathers have no rights to their children. Do not enter the family law system.” National File Staff
Seattle Judge Blocks Trump’s Gender Care Executive Order

The Associated Press Reports WASHINGTON — A federal judge extended a nationwide block Tuesday on President Donald Trump’s executive orders halting federal funding for providers of gender-affirming health care for transgender people under age 19. The judge’s ruling came in a lawsuit filed earlier this month on behalf of families with transgender or nonbinary children who allege their health care has already been compromised by the president’s orders. A national group for families of LGBTQ+ people and a doctors organization are also plaintiffs in the court challenge, one of more than 100 lawsuits opposing a slew of executive orders Trump has issued as he seeks to reverse the policies of former President Joe Biden. The preliminary injunction from U.S. District Judge Brendan Hurson in Baltimore, a Biden nominee, keeps enforcement of the orders on hold while the case plays out, though the administration is expected to appeal. Several hospitals across the country halted such care for minors in the days after Trump’s order to avoid losing federal funding. Another judge in Seattle has also blocked the orders in four states in a separate lawsuit filed by a group of Democratic-led states. Help Patriots Legal Defense Fund SAVE JAMES!
